Guest Artist Workshop: Puppetry and Object Movement

Guest Artists Emma Wiseman and Emily Zemba (whose film Out of Office featured in our HANDS IN FRAME Short Film Festival) will be offering a free workshop on Saturday, January 20th! The workshop will be a no-experience-necessary exploration of everyday objects on their own terms. This workshop invites participants to see the world around them with new eyes. Emma Wiseman and Emily Zemba share puppetry concepts of breath, weight, and gaze to broaden what we think of as a "puppet", imbuing even the most mundane items with life.
